Lew Lavine, chairman of the
committee for this "Night in Monte
Carlo," reports a substantial ad-
vance sale of tickets. He says that
organizations he has contacted as-
sure him of co-operation. Among
the organizations who bought tick-
ets are Ben Beys, Co-Eds, Alephs,
Argonauts, Modernistics and Phi
Sigmas.
Dancing will start at 9 p. m.
and continue until 1 a. nt., while the
games will be in motion from 9:30
until 11:30. Each guest will re-
ceive one million dollars in stage
money. There will be prizes for
gentlemen and lady guests. These
prizes are now on display at Abe
Boesky's Restaurant, 8701 Twelfth
street, corner Blaine.
Sidney Stoller and Mary Glick
will be in charge of the games,
while Meyer Green, Ruth Gadalka
and Gertrude Erenstein will look
after the stage and prizes. Naomi
Jacobs will head the ticket com-
mittee.
Tickets will go on sale at the
Hostess Cake Building at 8:30 and
as the capacity of the ballroom is
limited to 1000 people, the commit-
tee advises everyone to come as ear-
ly as possible.
