"the frivolous claims" of Mildred
Ebelt against Abe Busker, and in
exonerating the latter, Judge Vin-
cent M. Brennan on March 15
took occasion to laud Mr. Busker's
standing in the community and
his character, and to condemn the
claims of the former. Judge Bren-
nan quoted from her testimony in
which she says: "I certainly would
never have gone with the man if
I hadn't expected financial returns.
I wouldn't go with a Jew across
