RUBINER TO TEACH AT
U. OF D. LAW SCHOOL
Rev. Fr. John P. Noonan, act-
ing dean of the University of De-
troit Law School, a Catholic in-
stitution, Monday announced the
appointment of Judge Charles Ru-
biner of Common Pleas Court to
its faculty.
Judge Rubiner, who is an alum-
nus of the university, from which
he graduated in 1919, will be as-
signed a post-graduate course in
statutes and a lecture series on
legal ethics.
Appointed as assistant attorney-
general of Michigan in 1928, Judge
Rubiner was named to his present
position by Governor Wilber M.
Brucker six months ago.
