enough to hear this falsified state-
ment. In view of the fact that
time it this campaign is "an ele-
ment in the saving of lives," I
suggest to you, in the words of the
Psalmist, "Hole not thy face from
me in the day of my distress." If
you are in your home or place of
business when the solicitors call
on you, give them your immediate
attention, extend to them the cour-
tesy and respect that they and the
cause that they are representing
deserve.
"Incline thy ear unto me," con-
sider earnestly what has occurred
to us in Zion recently, then you,
too, will mourn and say, "Fallen
is the crown of our head; woe to
us." Consider the great number
of our pioneers who, truly, have
been swifter than eagles and
stronger than lions in their efforts
to establish a Jewish national home
in Palestine, who have been mur-
dererd; the great number of our
scholars in Hebron who have laid
down their lives for the santifica-
lion of the divine cause who have
been killed; the greater number
who have been hopelessly wound-
ed, the ruined homes and burned
villages.

The Set that Brings
New Meaning
to Radio

Enormous power—improving reception in
every way—is released by the new Screen-
Grid principle, as applied by the skill and 27
years' experience of Atwater Kent. And this
power doesn't waste itself. Needle-point se-
lectivity concentrates it on the one station you
want.

There's new purity in tone, too. It comes
not only from truer Electro-Dynamic repro-
duction, but from new depths and heights of
sound. Do you realize what a vast improve.
ment that is? You need no longer make the
slightest allowance in listening to music. You
hear only what is played or sung—just as it is
played or sung. Between times there is quiet.

The finer tone, the power, selectivity and
all-round dependability of the Atwater Kent
Screen Grid will open new fields of radio en-
joyment for you. Start that pleasure at once
—let us demonstrate today!

Liberal allowance on trade-ins. Generous
