street, three blocks south of East
Grand boulevard. The new station is
one of the largest in the city, and has
been erected for the purpose of giving
service to owners of Dodge. curs in
the north and northwestern sections
of the city.
The new station is equipped with a
ventilating system unique to the auto-
motive industry. Provision has been
made for the drawing of all exhaust
gas from beneath the automobiles.
This system is designed in such
manner that, nn matter what part of
the building a car is left standing, the
suction from the ventilating system
will reach the gas the exhaust sends
not. In the opinion of the engineers
in charge of the work, this method
will remove from the service station
all of the odors common tee similar
buildings.
A steady flow of ice-cooled air will
be sent through the building from
on overhead ventilating system which
fierce, the fresh air down into the
structure.
