Children ranging in age from eight
to 15 interested in spending their va•
cations at the Children's Fresh Air
Camp should register as quickly as
possible at one of the following sta-
tions daily, excepting Saturdays and
Sundays, at 4 p. in. Jewish Welfare
Center, 579 East Philadelphia; Kirby
Center, 609 East Kirby; Byron and
Philadelphia Talmud Torah. The fee
is $5 per week, $1 of which must he
paid at time of registration and the
balance on date of departure. Owing

The I). J. I. Midgets heat the St.
Rita Midgets 6-1. D. J. I. Juniors
won from St. Rita Juniors by forfeit.
The Midgets tied the Neighborhood
club in a 10 inning game, the score be-
ing 0-6. The genie is to be played out
in the near future.
The D. J. I. Juniors lost to the Ur-
, ban League Juniors by a score of 5-1.
The Midgets and the Juniors are to
play the Franklin Street Settlement
Thursday.

Marble Tournament:

Two boys, Eli Frank and Sam Pe-
lavin . were entered in the finals of the

tournament held recently but
were eliminated toward the end of the
game. Gold and bronze medals were
I awarded the Franklin Street Settle-
ment who won first and third prizes,
and the Neighborhood Club of Grosse
Pointe won a silver medal far t”cond
place.

Athletics:

To stimulate the interest of the
various clubs of the Young Men's He-
brew Association, a series of indoor
baseball games and other athletic ac-
tivities have been arranged by the
athletic committee of the "Y." The
first indoor baseball game is sched-
uled for Sunday morning at 10:30
o'clock, at Goldberg Field, Hastings
street at Palmer avenue. This will
be between the Y. 51. II. A. team and
the Alpha Tau Fraternity. Any
young man wishing to try out for the
team is requested to attend the game
on Sunday morning. Joe Kohn and
Alex Handleman are in charge of the
athletic activities.
