holz's name appeared on the High-
land Manor honor roll, a list of the

on the grounds of scholastic attain-
ments, school activities and general
school spirit. This is the second time
Miss Tannenholz has been so honored,
her name having appeared in both
October and November. Miss Tan-
nenholz, who is a member of the
senior class, is extremely active in
school affairs, being the holder of a
number of important school offices.

Warren Club will be held on Wednes-

Atkinson Community House, Thirty-
third and McGraw.

pictures, and some musical numbers.
Dancing will follow the meeting.

Hebrew School:
Registration for the East Jefferson
Hebrew School will be held on Sun-
day morning, Dec. 27, between 10
and 2, at 1227 Eastlawn avenue.
Since this will be the last registra-
tion, parents are urged to take ad-

The marriage of Miss Esther Blos-
som Friedman, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Samuel Friedman of Leicester
court, to Maurice H. Levin, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Ilyman Levin of this
city, took place at the Congregation
Beth Joseph on Sunday, Dec. 20, at
7:30 o'clock. Rabbi Joseph Eisen-
man performed the ceremony in the
presence of 160 guests. A dinner
followed.
The bride was lovely in a gown of
white satin made with a tight bodice
trimmed with pearls and lace and a
full skirt of the satin and lace. Her
entrained tulle veil was held in place
with a coronet of the lace and orange
blossoms. Her shower bouquet was
of bridal rows and lilies-of-the-val-
ley. She was unattended.
Mrs. Friedman, the bride's mother,
wore a black beaded gown and a cor-
sage of roses. Mrs. Levin also wore
a beaded gown and a similar corsage.
Miss Mollie Price of Chicago was
among the out-of-town guests.
Mr. and Mrs. Levin will be at home
at 108 Marmon avenue after Dec. 26.
