Beautiful in its simplicity was the
wedding of Miss Anna Wax, daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs. 1. Wax, 2206
Michigan avenue, to Mr. Irwin Berry,
which took place Sunday, January 4,
at 5 o'clock. Rabbi A. M. Hershman
officiated. The bride was attired in
a traveling suit with hat to match
and carried a bridal bouquet of roses,
and lilies-of-the-valley. A wedding
supper was served to the immediate
family following which Mr. and Mrs.
Berry left for Chicago.

its vogue for all-around serviceability.
Apron, Blouse and Tunic styles prevail.

GIFTS TO JEWISH WOMAN'S
CLUB HOUSE TO BE PASSED
UPON BY HOUSE COMMITTEE

The committee in charge of the
furnishing of the new Jewish Wo-
man's Club House wishes to inform
its members that all proposed gifts
are to be passed upon as to their fit-
ness.
As the house will be, in a measure,
a public building open for inspection
by all club-women of the city, it is
desired to make it a model of its
kind. Therefore, it will help greatly
if friends wishing to contribute gifts
to the organization will kindly con-
fer with Mrs. Walter Ileavenrich,
chairman of the Committee on Fur-
nishings, before making a decision as
to what to purchase. In this way,
with the co-operation of its members,
much waste will be eliminated and
only those things essential and in
keeping with the tone of the house
will be obtained.

The debutante has come Into her own
again and the social whirl finds her at
receptions, teas, dinners, theatre parties
and the dance. And these "buds" and
their admiring friends are wearing such
pretty clothes for youth always succeeds
in wringing charfn from modes but It
seems as though this season's fashions
are peculiarly adapted to the claims of
youth for youth is never ignored in fash-
ion making.

DANCE FROCKS FOR THE
SMART SET AND DEBUTANTES

And so the frocks and suits and wraps
at ii. Siegel Co. for those who delight
in the winter's social event are lovely
and the occasions for wearing them are
numberless. Models this season are de-
lightful:y girlish and variety of line
permits of individual selection.
The dance frocks are what one thinks
of in connection with social events and
one can picture the debutante whirling
in a rainbow' maize of silk and satin of
tulle and lace, of gold and silver lace
and cloth of gold.
