Where hours were necessary before, now a

This giant valve, standing over twenty feet without the operating mechanism is

typical of the large work handled by the Flower Valve Manufacturing Company. They
build all sizes from the small four-inch valves for branch water mains to the largest
ones, operated by hydraulic or electric power.

The market of the Flower Valve Manufac=
turing Company is not confined to this country.
The products are favorably known and in exten=
sive use in practically every country. South
America, particularly, is a big user of Flower
valves and hydrants.

The present plant of the Flower Valve Manufacturing Company at Parkinson and Clayton Avenues, Detroit. From
this factory, hydrants, valves and other hydraulic supplies are shipped to most of the cities of this country and many for-
eign lands. Additions now in process will enlarge its capacity materially.
