Zane, Michigan man and member of the Chicago bar, will lec- ture on "The History of Attaint of the Jury" in room C1aw building, at 4:00 o'clock this afternoon. This will be the first of three lectures by Mr. Zane. The other two will be given on Wednesday and Thursday at 4:00 o'clock. In the lecture today special reference will be made to modern pro- ceedure of new trial and appeal. Mr. Zane is a forceful speaker and has won fame as a writer on legal subjects. After delivering his lectures he will remain in Ann Arbor for one day longer in order to attend Con- vocation day.
