A cyclonic cam- paign of ticket selling is planned and all corners of the campus will be reached. According to a new ruling, Glee club members may not appear before the public except in connection with the Glee and Mandolin club, and as there will be a limited number of concerts this year, chances to hear such men as C. B. Sikes, '16, Horace Davis, '17, and others of musical fame will be few. The itinerary for the vacation trip has been finally completed and will be announced together with the dates for the performances the first of next week. WILSON GIVES CABINET DATA ON HIGH FOOD PRICE PROBLEM Washington, Dec. 8.-President Wi- son thismafternoon laid before his cab- inet advisers all the information which important government departments have collected and given him on the high prices of food problem. Later today or tomorrow the president will confer with Assistant Attorney Gen- eral Anderson, who was appointed re- cently to conduct the federal probe into the food situation. Anderson is understood to have told the White House attachees today that "it won't take long to conclude cer- tain phases of my probe." Immediate- ly after his conference with the pres- ident, Anderson will leave for the west, probably stopping at Cleveland, Detroit, and Chicago. Discussing the connection betwee the car siortage and high prices, a high official said today "There are car sharks as well as loan sharks. New Comedy Club Members Give Play "As It Might Have Been" is the title of the unique little skit in which the new members of the Comedy club demonstrated their worthiness of be- ing enrolled in that organization in Sarah Caswell Angell hall last night. Stanley, head of the School of Music, has been obtained to direct the musical program for the union church services in Hill audi- torium Sunday night, when Dr, Charles E. Jefferson of New York City will lecture. The University chorus will sing in Latin, "Agnus Del," by Widor. Dr. Jefferson, who is pastor of the Broadway tabernacle of New York City, will speak on "World Workers." He is here under the auspices of the Wesleyan guild, which will have charge of the union services for Anim Arbor churches tomororw night. The noted preacher is a graduate from Boston andOhio Wesleyan Uni- versities. He is the author of 17 books, among them being "The New Crusade," "The Old Year and the New." Dr. Jefferson spoke in the Methodist church of this city two years ago, and he won such great approval that he was immediately re-engaged for this year.
