Sanders, and the mem- bers of the student council. The first event will be the pole rush. As in previous years, there will be three poles, a central, an east, and a west pole. The freshmen will be the defenders while the sophomores will be given 30 minutes in which to remove the 1920 banners from the poles. Directly following the pole rush, the cane spree will be staged. Only 30 men from each class will take part in this event. The sideshaving the great- est number of canes at the end of 15 minutes will be awarded one point.
