Don't leave "War Savings" for "the other fel-
low" to accumulate. It is just as 'Much a charge
upon YOU as it is upon him. It is a charge upon
ALL. of us. In a democracy, the government be-
longs to ALL of us; and, consequently, the gov-
ernment must depend upon ALL of us for sup-
port in time of stress. This is such a time. You'll
be happiest if you are helping. And you'll be
helping yourself as well as your country; because
these "Stamps" are as safe as Liberty Bonds-

(indeed

they ARE "Liberty Bonds" in demo-

cratic denomination)--and they draw 4 per cent
interest compounded quarterly.
