Score : Michigan 20, Nebraska 0. SUMMARY M. A. C. All-fresh went down to de- feat at the hands of Coach Mitchell's yearlings on Ferry field yesterday aft- ernoon to the tune of 21 to 0. Many spectators braved the driv- ing rain and the bitter cold to watch the Michigan team trample over the Farmers. The train from Lansing was late and the game was delayed for 45 minutes. Michigan won the toss and chose to defend the south goal. The first touchdown came immediately after the kickoff, after a beautiful run by UVrschell and a plunge over hte line by Usher. Fletcher kicked the goal. The second counter came in the same quarter. After kicking to M. A. C., and forcing them to punt after four downs, the freshmen marched straight down the field and across the line. Usher carrying the ball. Fletcher kicked goal. Coming back after this bad start, the yearlings from Lansing took brace and prevented Mitchell's men from again scoring until the third quarter. At no time, however, was the University of Michigan freshmen's goal line in danger. The final counter of the game came as a result of a pretty piece of foot- ball playing. Urschell took the ball from center on his own forty yard line, and ended up by putting it be- tween the enemy's goal posts, dodg- ing, twisting, turning, sidestepping walking out of the arms of tacklers and bouncing off their shoulders. Fletcher again kicked goal. Thus the much heralded freshmen's rivals went down to defeat at the hands of the, best yearling team seen here for several years. Urschell was easily the brightest star of the game but Bailey also did some good work on the offense while Boville and Fletcher broke up many plays on the defense.
