A FEW WORDS ABOUT CREDIT...
We would like to help you to begin building your PERSONAL CREDIT HISTORY.
Creating and maintaining a solid personal credit record is a very important part of adult life. And you will find that building a
healthy credit history will become more and more meaningful as your financial needs continue to grow and change. Major credit cards
obtained IN YOUR PARENTS' NAMES won't help - even if you are making the payments! So, if you don't have a major credit card
in your name, this is an especially IMPORTANT OPPORTUNITY.
Some things to consider before APPLYING.
Carrying a credit card is a privilege that you have earned. A major credit card can be very BENEFICIAL to you as a student. You
won't have to worry about carrying cash in your wallet, or being stranded without access to funds. Credit is a CONVENIENCE that,
if managed properly, can become an important part of your student BUDGET. Take the RESPONSIBILITY seriously, and you won't
have any problems.
