City on Fire (1987). Otherwise known as the first "Reservoir Dogs,"
this movie features a cop going undercover to solve the death of

The Maltese Falcon (1941). Humphrey Bogart smokes a million
cigarettes, has a million drinks, and uses the word "sweetheart" a
million times in this all-time classic detective story. "The stuff dreams

Touch of Evil (1958). Orson Welles's last Hollywood movie features
Charlton Heston as a cop who meets his match in Welles. N.Sci 9:00.

Shakes the Clown (1991). Bobcat Goldthwait wrote and directed
this cult classic about clowns, fighting mimes, burning chairs, and
