Lights and music-and lovely frocks. How successful they will make the
Panhellenic Ball! Shimmering gowns that ripple softly with every move-
ment of the wearers--soft lights that cast bewitching shadows over the scene
-glittering jewels and head hands-the whole gaining effectiveness against
the blac-and-white of the men's attire-make a picture not easily forgotten.
The Gowns must be festive-and becoming. For some there are the crisp
little taffeta frocks, pastel shades trimmed with black velvet in French-like
style, or cleverly adorned with silver or gold lace and flower ornaments. For
others are softly draped frocks of georgette gleaming with rhinestones, bead
