Kiley graduated from Michigan's art school, but is back get- ting a master's degree so that he can teach - "the best way for a painter to make a living." He has had several painting shows in New York and has a gallery there. As for as photography goes, Kiley has always been interested in it, but has only been actively working with the medium for the last six months. The pictures on this page were taken in semi-darkness -- "I could hardly see to focus the camera," the photographer commented.
