Inspired by the "long stemmed" spring silhouette, de-
signers have given a new smartness to casual clothes suitable
for dorm lounging.

CUMMERBUND WAIST-CATCHER-A dashing red cum-
merbund fashions the versatile black, three-piece outfit by
Jonathan Logan. Both the circular skirt and toreador pants
make use of cotton-this time quilted. The man-tailored
blouse comes in the same pattern. The entire outfit is priced
at $24.95.
MILITARY INFLUENCE-A black braided stripe down
the side of the long, tapered, biege slacks is duplicated in
the belt. The zipper gains added prominence; allows coed
to slide into poplin blouse without pulling it over her head.
Matching pedal pushers and Bermuda shorts are also avail-
able.
MORE OF THE BERMUDAS-Flaired and seen for the
first time this fall, this Bermuda skirt buttons down the front.
To solve the aged riddle, matching shorts are attached. The
skirt is priced at $7 now and available in all sizes.

IT'S A LADY HATHAWAY--One of the currently fav-
ored shirts, it features the button-down, round collar and
French cuffs. Pearl button cuff links are included. In white,
blue, tan and pink priced at $6.50.
"TAILORED EXACTLY LIKE TROUSERS"-A strap-back
highlights the black and white plaid Bermudas. Washable,
they're made of Lanella fabric-a wool and cotton combina-
tion. Priced at $16.95 in sizes 10 to 18.

NECKLINE DETAIL-White Stag puts out this unique

CREW OR CAPRI SHIRTS ("c" and "d")-The easy,
casual look is the attraction of these shirts. Most of them
