umbia University will lecture at 4
p.m. tomorrow in Rackham Am-
phitheater on "The Social Scien-
tist in Time of Crisis."
The lecture is open to the public.
It is part of the 10th Annual Sum-

mer Institute in Survey Research,
and is under the auspices of the
Survey Research Center.
Prof. Ronald Freedman of the
sociology department will lecture
July 31 and Harold F. Lydall will
speak Aug. 7.
