- I 21 LatinAmericans From 11 Nations Study English Here This Summer U.S. Broadcasts Wanted' Order On 3 Saboteurs FBI Warns That Trio Of Trained Nazi Saboteurs May Be In America By The Associated Press WASHINGTON, July 25-The pos- sibility that three Nazis trained in the science of sabotage may be at large in the United States led the Federal Bureau of Investigation to broadcast a general request today for officers and the public to be on the lookout for them. The FBI began distribution of hun- dreds of thousands of "Wanted" cir- culars bearing the pictures and des- criptions of the men, two of whom lived in this country for years. J. Edgar Hoover, FBI director, did not say the men were in this country. He merely announced that all three had "received extensive training in the methods of committing sabotage and have received orders from the German High Command to come to the United States to destroy vital war industries." It was learned reliably that the FBI believes the men are not here. But since it cannot be absolutely certain, the warning was broadcast and the job started of blanketing of the nation with their pictures and descriptions. The latest information showed them still to be in Europe, it was learned. One of them was at the German submarine base at Lorient, France, the FBI said, at the time the eight alleged Nazi saboteurs now on trial for their lives before a military commission left aboard two submar- ines which landed them on Long Island and Florida coasts. Congressmen Going Home, But Refuse Vote On Adjourning WASHINGTON, July 25.-(AP)-- So many legislators have gone home that Senate majority leader Bark- ley of Kentucky is not quite certain J whether or not Congress is in session. He summed up the situation in these words to his colleagues: "Many members of Congress wish to adjourn, but they do not wish to vote to adjourn. Many of them adjourn without voting to adjourn. "It is an individual matter. "If they wish to adjourn they simply adjourn, but if they should be back to vote on whether or not to adjourn, although they had al- ready adjourned, they would vote not to adjourn."
