Ii Western State Teachers Col- lege will open the season against the Wolverines at Ann Arbor on December 6. Like most startling games, this one is ex- pected to be an easy one for the Maize and Blue five. Michigan State will be met next, and the Spartans, who are always dangerous, are liable to pull the unexpected as they have done sev- eral times in the past few years. # *## Pennsylvania will provide the opposition in the only game that the Wolves will play against an eastern quintet. The count with the Quakers has been a see-saw affair with Michigan on the long end of the series. But the Penn five is always liable to spring an up- set, as they did several years ago in downing Princeton for the Eastern Intercollegiate championship. On December 1, Ohio Weslayan' will come to Ann Arbor. Contrary to expectations, this game will un-' doubtedly prove to be one of the toughest of the year. Last year, the Preachers downed the Wolves in a surprising upset. * * 9 ! i7 11K)*VWl#6 1 Jke o/4Qru JA p bus *01/e we/come news. T445( are cer/onito fAnd 6ier'e Ifa/ '"scwe/&o nusuwC.
