Effinger Graduate Students: Registration for the second four week period courses in Education' takes place in the office of the Graduate School, room 1014 Angell Hall,1 on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning of this week. Students enrolled for the entire Session who expect to pursue courses of the four week period should be sure that such courses appear on their election cards which are on file in the Graduate School office, Ruth A. Rouse Women's Education Club: The Women's Education Club will be held at the "Fireplace" on Monday evening, July 21. Members will meet at the Women's League Building between 6 and -6:15 o'clock where cars will be provided for those who wish to ride. In order that the committee may know how many to prepare for, it is necessary that those planning to attend sign up before Friday noon with Lydia E. McHenry at 101 Tappan Hall. A charge of fifty cent will be collected at that time. Teachers or teachers-to-be on the campus are invited to attend this picnic. Lyda E. T. Tsang, Arthur Yao, or Paul Feng. A. Chang Educational Conference: Professor A. B. Moehlman will speak on "The Technique of a State Educational Survey" at the Afternoon Conference to be held at 4:00 o'clock today in the Auditorium of the University High School, Thomas Diamond Wilder will speak on "The Notion of Curve in Mathematics." Graduate students in Mathematics and all others interested are cordially invited to attend. N. C. Fisk Palmer Field Tennis Courts: Because the tennis courts on Palmer Field have been so monopolized by men players the Department of Physical Education for Women feels obliged to enforce the ruling that no men will be allowed to use the courts from 2 to 6 p. m., daily except as playing guests of the women. The women are again informed that they always have ,precedence over mixed singles or doubles. Alice Evans Cosmopolitan Club: All *foreign students are cordially invited to a Cosmopolitan Club picnic-hike on Saturday afternoon, July 20. The group will meet in front of Lane Hall at 2:30. A small charge will be made for the supper. No reservations necessary. The committee on arrangements regrets that, by an unfortunate coincidence, the Chinese Student Club had also scheduled a picnic for this Saturday afternoon. The committee's notices were in the mail, however, before the conflict in dates was discovered and it was then too late to allow a change in date. Sharkeshwari Agha, Vice-president Students Who Took the Niagara Falls Excursion: Will the members of the party who took snap shots be so kind as to leave their films at the Quarry"Drug Store this week in order that thers who attended may order prints? The films and prints will be on exhibit at this drug store July 22, 23, and 24, at which time orders may be placed. The films should be called for by the owners several days later. J. P.
