41 ER MICH SAN DAILY I. re Space for io Grid Game r! Every effort will be made by Ohio State athletic authorities to take care' of Michigan's requests for tickets for the game at Columbus next fall, Di- rector St. John has assured Coach Fielding H. Yost. This assurance was given Coach Yost after he asked for 15,000 tickets instead of the 10,000 or- iginally requested. The demand by Michigan followers for seats is already so large that the Athletic association feels that the larger number will be necessary, if everyone is to be satisfied. It is the coach's opinion that everyone of the 15.000 will be utilized unless some unexpected contingency upsets every- thing. The decision to ask for more was reached by Yost when he recently opened a stack of letters which ranged in their ticket demand from two to blocks of a 100. These latter requests are coming from alumni organiza- tions, clubs, and alumni who wish to attend in a body. Besides the larger number who will be going from Ann Arbor on the day of the game, Coach Yost expects thousands to attend 'from Detroit and other cities throughout the state. The game at Columbus in the latter part of October will be the occasion of Ohio State's new $1,500,000 stadium dedica- tion. Several Conference teams can tell about other times he .did the same thing. lIe stole home in the eighth and caught Blott and El- liott sound asleep. Both he and Davidson who went in in them eighth did not look like old timers. Perrin had a big day at the plate. Five times he batted and got two sin- gles, two doubles, and a walk.
