At this time, refreshments were served and an- opportunity was given the women to meet Miss Helen C. Bishop, the acting dean of women as well as to meet and, get better acquainted with their co-workers for the sum- mer. Mary Griswold, '21. made ar- rangements to have the guests shown through the dormitory which is now closed for the summer. Membership in the league is still open to women enrolled in the Sun- mer session. The fee is 25 cents and may be paid to Reba Hadley, '23, at 419 North Division street or at the office of the dean of women. Thomas, Rhetoric Instructor, to Leave H. Roger Thomas, instructor in the rhetoric department, now working on his master's degree, has received a call from the University of Texas which he has accepted. Mr. Thomas will as- sume his duties in te department of comparative literature at the Univer- sity of Texas, Sept. 1.
