Michifish Holds Swimming Clinic Sporty, Sleek CLASSIFIED ADVRTISING By NANCY VERMULLE-N The sweater has come of age! Long a favorite for campus wear, it has now grown up and goes into the business world and on dates as well. Give that favorite white pull- over a change of pace from the classroom by decking it with a bright cummerbund and pearl choker. Add a black velvet skirt, and you have an outfit special enough for any "dinner for two." Fashion experts predict a big year for suits, so why not use that same pullover for jacket back- ground? Add a big-bow scarf, nip inside a belted skirt, and you can feel secure of tailored-trimness wherever you go. Not to be outdone by the pull- over, the cardigan sweater is also displaying versatility. Either by itself, or resting on the shoulders of a matching pullover for that costume look, it is the favorite companion on many skirts. One coed turned a nearly-lost, evening into a fabulous evening with the aid of a black cardigan sweater. A last-minute invitation to a dressy affair during a weekend at home caught her "without a thing to wear," so she borrowed her mother's gold satin skirt. To this she added her own cardigan, back- wards and unbuttoned half-way down the back for evening glam- our, and filled in with gold rope beads. Gold bangle bracelets com- pleted the outfit, stylish enough for any occasior i. n Epson.
