HERB SCORE ... hurls shutout victory Gridders Start Practice Again After Layoff' Football practice for Michigan's spring gridders will resume today after a four day layoff. The Wolverine coaching staff scheduled no workouts for Sunday or Monday and drills were rained out yesterday and Tuesday. Since no practice was started on the last two days, these days will not count against the NCAA limits, which allows for 20 practice sessions within a 36-day period. Jim Hunt, Michigan trainer, re- ports that four gridders injured in Saturday's scrimmage are expected to be back in the lineup this week. Don Deskins who, suffered a bruised knee, may see action to- day, along with guard Al Callahan and Dave Turk who received minor injuries. Fred Olm broke a finger in the workout and will be out of service until later this week, according to Hunt. Hea d student manager Tom Hitchman reports that he still has openings for managers.
