This tax would in no case exceed $2.00 and in the case of smaller groups be in the neighborhood of 50c. It was also re- solved that groups utilizing the build- ing would be subject to a fine of $1.00 for non-attendance at any mass meet- ings for which their attendance has been specified by the Board in advance.
