The heads have become scarce since the Peruvian government has cracked down on head- hunting. i Two Peruvian shrunken heads the size of oranges will be featured tomorrow at the arts and crafts exhibit of the seventh annual His- panic Fiesta. The heads, borrowed by the Spanish department from the Uni- versity Museum of Anthropology, originally came from Jivaros, an Indian tribe in the Peruvian high- lands. Also on display will be Latin American jewelry, ceramics and textiles and photographs of Vene- zuela. Paintings done in Spain and Mexico by Albert Weber, instruc- tor, and Leonard Zamiska, assist- ant professor in the architecture school will be shown.
