The Catholic Archdiocese of De- troit which owns the property of the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School and Church has also filed a protest. Other objectors listed traffic problems, factors adverse to Tap- pan Junior High School, and a drop in residential land values as specific complaints. Union Events A Union committee has been formed recently to investigate the possibility of establishing a pro- gram for integrating foreign and American students on campus. Project areas for the group in- clude a "big brother system" of Americans with International stu- dents, an integrated athletic pro- gram and an activities program.
