ENDING TONIGHT A New Concept n Suspense and Deduction I Soon: "Love Me Tender" ORPHEUM Starting FRIDAY YOU'LL MEET PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF "LOVE" ...a the world's most fabulous There will be eight displays, the most important and largest being a project involving rag weed. "Re- search projects in the rag weed are presently being conducted in the Jackson State Prison," Prof. E. Wendell Hewson of the engi- neering department said. "This project not only involves the meteorology people but also those in medicine, botany, public health, and the literary school." A survey of the site of the Em- rico Fermi Atomic Power Plant near Monroe, Michigan, is anotly' er important project of the me- teorological department mentioned by Prof. Hewson. "The meteorology department is putting special emphasis in de- veloping applied meteorology for health, medicine and engineering purposes. It is probably putting more stress on this phase of me- teroology than any other univer- sity in the world," Prof. Hewson asserted. The release of a radiosonde bal- loon, recording weather instru- ments, mobile weather station, laboratory cloud seeding, ragweed pollen sampling methods, and ob- servatino of rain drop sizes will constitute the bulk of the displays.
