Student groups for Ike and Adlai are sponsoring debates, mock elections and are generally work- ing furiously for the election of their candidate. The candidates themselves have made major addresses on a num- ber of campuses. Students at the University of Wisconsin have been aroused by a shaven-headed young man wear- ing a sign reading "Egg Heads of the World Unite." The student, addressing a crowd from a soap-box in front of the Union, advocated a totalitarism whereby only those qualified by -- 7 i their intellect and educationI should rule. As for the clean shaven head, it seems he was offered $10.00 to do it. The money was promptly con- tributed to the Democratic party. The young man's slogan, "Have tux-will talk" (politics, that is).
