Featured in the painting portion of this miniature collection are Nino Caffe's studies of nuns and priests, scenes comprised of soli- tary men by Bruno Caruso, Gior- a _I I DIAL NO 2-3136 dano Falzoni's varied and strange plant forms, the "Dalmatian folk- lore" of Antonio Music, and Renzo Vespignani's combinations of "hu- man sentiment" and architectural design. Representing the "sculpture in small scale" of Italian artists are the works of Pericle Fazzini, Eme- lio Greco, Giacomo Manzu, Mar- cello Mascherini, and Luciano Minguzzi. Helen Hall, curator at the Mu- seum said, "The purpose of this exhibit is to impress on viewers the potential of small-scale art; to make them realize that they should enjoy art at home as well as in, a museum." This exhibit, assembled by the Director of the Obelisk Gallery in Rome for the American Federa- tion of Arts, was originally titled' "5 pittori - 5 scultori" since it features the work of 5 outstand-:1 ing painters and 5 sculptors. Io Aspirin, Too, Can Be Fatal CHICAGO - Aspirin can be as deadly as an asp --- if eaten in quantities by young children. The 1955 edition of "Accident Facts," the statistical yearbook of the National Safety Council, just off the press, shows aspirin and the salicylates to be the most common drug killers of young chil- dren. Barbiturates are next. All are frequently kept in the family medicine chestuwithin reach of children, the Council says. Accidental poisoning is one of the principal causes of home deaths among children under five years old. Three main groups of poisons caused 99 per cent of the deaths: drugs (35 per cent), pe- troleum products, of which kero- sene is the most important (26 per cent), and products for ex- ternal use (38 per cent). Lead is the No. 1 killer among the external use products, and arsenic is second. DIRECT FROM PARIS, FRANCE I JEWNE ~Iuff IN THE BIG, BUXOM, BEAUTIFUL MUSICALI Col.
