Serving asgeneral chairman for the annual event will be Lila Beck. Assisting her as committee .chairmen .will .be Della Galloway in charge of decorations; programs,k Gwen Dorn; honors, Liesel Ellenbogen and skits, Sie Alderman. Plans for, the Women's Glee Club's 1951-52 season are already under way with promises of an even more successful year. Highlighting the season will be the annual Christmas and spring concerts. Added to these will be, radio programs, private concerts for private groups and conven- tions, a tour of the state during' the first part of Iring vacation and evening concerts in nearby cities. The club's activities will be guid- ed by Jean Allen, president and Marion Charles, vice-president. The spring tour and other out-of- town concerts will be handled by Nancy Beveridge, business mana- ger. Publicity will be handled by Peggy Graham, and Maxine Wolfe will handle the secretarial duties. The growing library of music will be kept in order by Charlotte Prit- chard and her assistant, Jill Schiller. The Glee Club will be directed again this year by Miss Janette Floyd Estep who will be assisted by a student director. Softball Club Members of the WAA Soft- ball Club will hold a regular meeting from 4 to 4:30 p.m. to- day at the WAB. The game which was scheduled with Ann Arbor High has been cancelled.
