Personnel Requests: The Cook County (Chicago) Depart- ment of Welfare is in need of Casework- ers for their Public Assistance Division. Coast Guard Headquarters has several vacant positions of naval architect, Grades GS-5 and GS-7. These positions do not exist as a result of an emergency expansion program and therefore offer a good possibility of permanent em- ployment. The Langley Aeronautical Laboratory, Virginia, is in need of a mathematical statistician with a Master's or Doctor's degree. Inasmuch as the applicant se- lected for appointment will evaluate scientific data, some background in en- gineering or physics is desirable.
