THE FIVE week season stretch- kig from May 5 to June 11 will bring to Lydia Mendelssohn Thea- tre such famous names as Basil Rathbone and Martha Scott. "Ah Wilderness," starring Ernest Truex will have an eight- performence run from May 5 to May 14, including two matinees. The second week of the Festival will bring "Twelfth Night" to the stage with a cast including Arnold Moss and Frances Reid. It will b. =have seven performances from May 17 to May 21. ** * IT WILL BE followed by "Night Must Fall" with Lucile Watson. The play will be presented seven times from May 24 to May 28. "As You Desire Me" starring Marta Abba will run May 31 to June 4 with seven performances. The season will close with "The Heiress" starring Basil V Itathbone and Martha Scott. It will be performed seven times from June 7 to June 11. Valentine Windt, who was di- rector for the Ann Arbor Drama Season the three years preceding its war-time interruption in 1943 will again be director this year. TONIGHT'S presentation, "The Resurrection," is a tale of the sor- did life in a Navy prison on a Pa- cific island. It is the story of a young sailor named Tony who slowly goes insane from the end- less fthonotony of the camp. Written by Alfred Slote 'Grad, the broadcast will feature Sam Rich as the narrator and Charles Fossati as Tony.
