Othlr house.( at beginlluig to X OIlder if it will CevI leave its i eselt ownel. Al Neef, athletic director for Greene House explained, "The guys here have a lot of spirit." The fact that Greene ]louse teams have never forfeited an event and have entered every sort of competition open to Residence Halls is an indica- tion of this spirit. Altogether 106 Greene house residents have entered in intramural sport events. But, specifically, the success of Greene House is centered about six men who have formed the nucleus of most of its teams. All six of these men have been par- ticipating on Greene House teams for the last three years, each hav- TYPEWRITERS Bold - Rented - Repaired Free pickup and delivery. Office Equipment Service 111 S. Al has not only directed the whole sports program but has participated in 13 sports himself. At quarterback on the football team, his plays and field strategy led Greene to tootball championship, and put Al on the All-Star team. Second big gun of the six three-year men is Willard Bak- er, who was out for six sports and made both the All-Star Basketball and All-Star Football teams. Baker's coolness under fire encouraged his teammates and allowed them to pull up from behind in many contests, Frank Sutton, the house's 440 specialist, helped out in eight dif- ferent sports and had a big hand in the organization of all the teams. Don Murray participated in 10 sports and George Jackson in eiglt. Bob Kuhn led the way to the wrestling crown and was out for eight other sports..... Neef, Murray, and Sutton are leaving this year, but with the kind of cooperation Greene House has been displaying for the last three years the gold trophy may stay there for a long time. ,4 1-----_______ I Time 70 ke a tYpeak FROM STUDY 4 AND BOOKS U If The Cure for EXAMUS-FINALITUS is the 1 0 BLUEBOO " - ?: l: 7. e :e7.. z i LL Here is one Final that will be easy to. take.
