It was Captain Bob Betzig who paced the Wolverines, pinning Buckeye John Summa in the 165 pound class with a cradle hold at 1:56 of the first period, squaring up the match 11-11 at that point. lFollowing this, in the 175 pound division, Hugh Mack de- cisioned Gerry Velick of OSU, 6-3, putting the Wolverines on top for the first time in the match. In the deciding match of the meet, Carl Abell, Buckeye heavy- weight, defeated Wes Teboau 6-0, giving the Ohio Squad their 14- 14 tie.
