The six offices to be filled are president, first vice-president, second vice-president, secretary, treasurer and rushing chairman. Coeds are required to sign for in- terviews in the Undergraduate Office of the League when they turn in petitions. Interviews will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday, 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, 2 to 5 p.m. Wednes- day, 3 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 5:34 p.m. Friday in the Panhellenic Office. Additional times for interviews will be scheduled if necessary. Co- eds who are petitioning for both Panhellenic Board posts and League Council posts are urged to indicate by ranking the positions which offices they prefer to hold. The president serves as the Associations representative in all campus affairs and conducts all meetings. The first vice- president serves as the presi- dent's substitute and acts as chairman of the social com- mittee. The second vice-president heads all the project activities such as the Fresh Air Camp and records activities of Panhellenic members. Besides keeping the minutes of all official meetings, the secretary arranges for the exchange dinners and handles all the business cor- respondence. The requirements for those interested in obtaining seniorI positions are a thorough know- ledge of the Michigan League Constitution and one year in League activities.
