Grossberg, of Los Angeles, Calif. Miss Barth is affiliated with Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority and is treasurer of Panhellenic Board. She was on the central committee for J-Hop last year, and is a member of Scroll and Alpha Kappa Delta honor societies. Mr. Grossberg received his B.S. de- gree from the California Institute of Technology, and he is a candidate for his master's degree in chemical engi- neering at the University. He is also a member of Iota Alpha. The engagement of Patricia Kunzman, '43, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. I. Kunzman, of Plainfield, N.J., to Lieut. Victor Stern, son of Mrs. I. Stern of Interlaken, N.J., was announced recently. Miss Kunzman is a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority, and also belongs to Alpha Kappa Delta. Lieutenant Stern, who is now stationed at Walla Walla, Wash., attended the University of North Carolina. The couple plan to be wed the end of next month. The engagement of Cicely Anne Duggan, '43, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James W. Duggan of Bradford, to Ensign William A. Golz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Golz, of Manas- quan,a N.J., was announced at the Kappa Delta House. Mr. Golz, '41E, is in the Seabees Naval Construction Battalion at Camp Peary, Va. On the same night, the engage- men of Marjorie D. Bowen, '43, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Myron W. Bowen of Niles, to Andrew S. Caughey, Jr., '45M, of Detroit, was announced at the Kappa Delta House. Mr. Caughey is a member of Alpha Kappa Kappa medical fraternity. Not date has been set for either wedding. The engagement of Natalie M. Banks, '44, daughter of Mrs. V. V. Banks of Detroit, to Howard E. Long, Jr., '43BAd., son of Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Long of Johnson City, N.Y., was announced at the Kappa Delta House. Mr. and Mrs. Otto P. Gray, Lake- wood, O., announce the approach- ing marriage of their daughter, Frances Ann, '43, to Aviation Cadet Jack C. Strait, '41, son of Mr. and Mrs. Noyce W. Strait, Pontiac. Miss Gray is afiliated with Alpha Delta Pi, and while on campus, Cadet Strait was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha., The marriage will take place in Sacramento, Calif., Feb. 19.
