Speaking at the first of two meet- ings on the subject are J. Albert Bar- reda of Peru, Miss Ofelia Mendoza of Honduras, Dr. A. Mattos Pimenta, of Brazil, Dr. Raymond Poux of Haiti, Mrs. Humberto Puchev of Mexico and Jorge A. Simonelli of Argentina. After short talks by the guest speakers, the group will participate in a question and discussion period. The Good Neighbor Policy, measures of political cooperation among the Latin American states, problems of hemis- pheric defense and post-war coopera- tion among the Americas will be con- sidered.
