Following National Trends, Pi Kappa Epsilon, social fra-
ternity at Arizona State Teachers College at Flagstaff chose a
"defense" theme for its initiation this year. These seven
pledges were assigned the duty of guarding the campus from
an "invasion". On a Flagstaff street corner they line up in re-
sponse to the order "Present Arms I tI "
