For the play, the Verein is using the Scaletta Marionettes of David Gibson, '41, a member of the club. Gibson, with the assistance of Alex- ander Miller, '42, will manipulate the puppets, while six other members of the club will read- the parts back- stage, according to Dr. Otto G. Graf of the German department. Gibson is a puppeteer of consider- able experience, Dr. Graf said, and enjoys a reputation for his finished manipulation, his excellently-made, marionettes, and his costume designs.'
