Miraculously, one of the men suffered only minor cuts and bruises and the other was unhurt. The two were hauling coal and failed to see or hear the approaching locomotive. Now Dooley is being held on a homicide charge, accused of fatally shooting Mayor Edwards and critically injuring his bodyguard, Police Sergeant James Walsh. Long Beach is a seaside resort on the south shore of Long Island. This light tank of the 66th Infantry from Fort Meade, Md., started over a stump barricade maneuvers at Fort Belvoir, Va., and stuck right at the peak, giving engineers an unexpected p in how to pull it off. The stumps were sunk to a depth of about five feet on a zig-zag pattern.
