THE MICHIGAN DAILY TU AY A MIL 30, 1940 Mr. John S. Bugas of the Federal Bureau of Investigation addressed the senior law class yesterday in Hut- chins Hall on the work of the Bureau. Describing the procedure of train- ing FBI men, Mr. Bugas stated that the Bureau tries to find applicants who will pay back on the,'initial in- vestment of $5,000 made, rather than applicants who are out for adventure for a few months or years. This ac- counts for the rigid qualifications imposed by the Bureau, he claimed. Mr. Bugas turned the latter half of his speech into an open forum in which he answered questions from the audience. The seniors in the School of Business Administration were invited to be present at the ad- dress of the FBI agent.
