Engineers interested in the annual
Eastern Engineering tour sponsored
by Eta Kappa Nu, honorary electrical
engineering society, will meet at 5
p.m. today in the Union.
Plans for the second eastern in-
spection trip, to be held during Spring
Vacation, will be discussed at the
meeting. Tentative plans for the trip
include visits to various industrial
plants and research laboratories.

The hottest flame on earth, the
atomic hydrogen torch, will be de-
scribed through the medium of mo-
tion pictures at an open meeting of
the local chapter of A.S.M.E. at 7 ;30
p.m. Wednesday in the Rackham
Amphitheatre. Presented here under'
the auspices of the A.S.M.E. by the
General Electric Company, the film
will place special emphasis on its ap-
plication to welding.
Applications to board at coopera-
tive houses may be obtained at the
houses, Edward Fried, '40, said yester-
day.
