Martha Cook Tea To Honor Faculty Martha Cook's faculty tea, to be held from 4 to 7 p.m. today, will take the form of an Old English garden arty. In. case of rain the tea will be given indoors. More than 400 guests are expected at the tea, the second annual affair of its kind. Formerly the faculty has been entertained by a pageant. A light supper will be served by the resident, all of whom will be dressed in summer formals, according to Ma- rie McElroy, '39, who is in charge of the affair. Sons This has been 'a week-end for motbprs' in four sorority and one fra- ternity house. May Festival has been the Chief attraction. Collegiate Sorosis is entertaining more than ten mothers. Plans include a bridge party and dinner for mothers and fathers on Sunday, in addition to a May Festival .concert. Mothers of 25 Kappa Alpha Thetas are spending the. week-end at the house. Bridge, a concert, and din- ner for mothers and fathers on Sun- day are the plans there, too. Similar plans were made for 19 Kappa Kappa Gamma mothers. Fathers also will be guests for Sunday dinner. The honor of a record attendance for the week-end goes to the mothers of Pi Beta Phi who number r 35. A tea at the home of Mrs. C. L.
