An honorary fraternity is being formed at Xavier College for students who make good grades while partic- ipating in extra-curricular activities. Excellence is the latter is primary. Two Michigan Men Write For Historical Magazine Announcement by the Michigan Historical Commission of contribu- tors to the Michigan History Mag- azine for 1932 includes the names of three members of the University fac- ulty. In the summer number, Dr. Ran- dolph G. Adams, director of the Wil- liam L. Clements Library, published an article entitled "Notes on Portraits of George Washington Owned in Michigan.' An article, "The Early Days of the University of Michigan" was con- tributed to the autumn number by Wilfred B. Shaw, director of Alumni Relations.
