They Will Head League For Year 1933-34 Suits And Jackets Still Remain Good For Spring Styles By MARJOELIE MORRISON Despite the continuous comments on swaggersas the spring's own suit, the fact xremains that they rate highly. We saw a very fashionable one on State Street. The skirt and three-quarter coat were in Chinese :ed tweed,°the brilliance being toned down by the black in the weave. The shoulders were boxed in the capital r silhouette that makes the new en- ;enbles so trig. The blouse, of which we only caught a twinkle, :ombined red with black and white .n a pattern resembling an Indian print. And if your tastes are not for suits, it's now and always for fur jackets. One sees them in all lengths and cuts, but in passing we gaped at a broad- tail vest, the only name for it, tight- fitting and trim with the sleeves hacked off into what used to be zalled "plain short sleeves."
