Judge George W. Sample yester-
day in Circuit Court heard Prose-
cutor Albert J. Rapp ask for the dis-
missal of the case against Katherine
Keller, convicted as an accessory
after the fact in the torch murders,
and decided to take the prosecutor's
petition under consideration.
Sample said he would withhold his
decision until he had made a more
detailed study of the case, particu-
larly inquiring into a report that
Miss Keller, with Fred Smith, had
planned to kill her uncle, Judge D. C.
